We get an approximate valuation for your property then we will contact you to discuss what your needs are and explain how we can best help you achieve a quick property sale. We will then make you an offer and this is valid for 28 days and there is absolutely no obligation for you to proceed. The value of our offer is usually based on 70% - 80% of the verified open market value of the property. This market value will ultimately be determined by a Surveyor who is a member of the Royal Insititute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

 

We will arrange a meeting with you to view the property and discuss the best way forward. The whole sale process will be explained to you step-by-step.
